Official Rules and Policies     Refund Policy     General Rules     Refund Policy Cancellation/Refund Policy Cancellation made prior to November 27, 2007 must be in writing to receive a full refund 30 days after the event. Cancellation made after November 27, 2007 will be considered in cases of emergency only, and may be subject to a $150 service fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after December 20, 2007. No refund for private lessons. No refunds for Holiday Ball or the New Year's Eve Gala admission tickets.
