All persons attending the Holiday Ball & Dance Camp shall be bound by N.D.C.A. rules and, by participating in this event, automatically become obliged to adhere to them. The Holiday Ball & Dance Camp accepts no responsibility for any loss or theft of articles left in changing rooms, ballrooms, or hotel rooms or for any loss or injury sustained by persons attending this event. Everyone does so at his or her own risk. The Holiday Ball & Dance Camp will not be held liable for any personal charges made at the hotel. All paticipants must pay their own personal charges, including phone charges, room service, etc.
All competing Professionals and Amateurs must be currently registered with the N.D.C.A. or equivalent association/organization,and proof of current registration must be shown when registering. Registration forms are available from:
